More than 100 Founding Members made Hub Melbourne a reality in early 2011. Since March 2011, we have grown into a community of more than 400 members and became an organisation that has helped many projects and organisations thrive and succeed. In 2012, we're expanding and we're giving you 10% off your membership! To allow people to participate in the growth of Hub Melbourne and to help cover some of the cost, we're launching a crowdfunding campaign. Whether you are a current member, someone who is considering joining or just want to support Hub Melbourne there are many ways to contribute and be rewarded.
In addition to funding or in-kind contributions already secured, Hub needs to raise a further $150K to support its expansion.
- Design and Build $100K (Design, desks, chairs, meeting rooms)
- Technology $50K (Projectors, LCD screens, Computers, Videoconferencing, Audio)
Why Pay It Forward?
We wanted to give you the chance to participate in this exciting stage of Hub Melbourne and also give you something in return! All pledges will have the full amount of their pledge applied to the cost of their membership plus a bonus. In other words, by pledging, you are simply paying for your membership and getting a discount as a reward for 'Paying it forward'.

All people that pledge will be recognised as one of the Crowd Fundsters that helped with the expansion process and have your picture as part of a collage of Crowd Fundsters and Founding Members that will be installed on the wall in the expanded space.
The first 100 people to make a pledge will also be given a FREE copy of Dumbo Feather, one of Australia's most celebrated magazines on extraordinary people and extraordinary ideas. A perfect christmas gift for you or someone else.
