What is this project about?
We wish to create a new outlook on the process of promoting and releasing music by allowing a fan to name our new 10 track EP which is in the process of being recorded, and will be sold on Itunes for $1.00AUD. We belive that by lowering the price of music and cutting out the record label and the cd store, we can attract fans away from these places and into a strictly artist / audience based relationship. Maybe starting a trend among musicians a like and creating a major change. Putting the creative control back in the hand of the artist and the support back in the hands of the audience.

We also aim to record filmclips to every track on the EP and idividually promote the tracks off the album. Forcing every song to stand on its own and be worthy, plus that means stacks of viewing material for fans if the project is a success. 

Our Funding Goal and what rewards we plan to give back to the supporters.
The only funding we will need is for mix / mastering and 100 pressings of the album. $2000 will cover everything if we chip in aswell. We plan to return to every person donating $10aud or more with a free autographed hard copy (100 Available) of the cd upon its release on Itunes if the project is a sucess. The person who donates the largest amount will be given the right to name the album after being sent a exclusive digital sample copy for insperation on labeling the album. (Only serious titles will be excepted, anything hateful towards certain groups of people will be denied. Any prizes offered will cease to be valid if the project is not a sucess and your pledge will not be taken, so you get to keep your money.)

We have both been doing music since a early age but

have only just recently met last year and began

" Shake Digga / Ruby Slippers " .

Ruby plays guitar, drums, dj's, keys, raps and sings.

Shake raps, engineers, makes beats, plays keys and does a little bit of singing aswell.

We come from Sydney, both hailing from the inner city streets of Redfern and Waterloo.
