Heartsong Video Shoot.
I started playing music at 16, and have been present performing in the Melbourne music scene for the last 5 years. I've played more than 100 shows in this time, and been lucky enough to support Spiderbait, The Beautiful Girls, Gypsy & The Cat, Pete Murray, Tim Freedman and Matt Corby. I released my latest EP 'Son, Rise..!' to a packed house at the end of 2011.
We are shooting a video for the lead single 'Heartsong'. Our director, Mika Tran has developed an beautiful concept for the song. For this video to happen, we have received some amazing support from Harry and his team at Newborn Productions (http://www.newbornproductions.tv/Home.html) to shoot.
From this point, funding received will bring the shoot to life. Funds will be allocated to catering for cast (including 40+ extras) and crew, wardrobe, makeup, and props/gear for art department, travel expenses for crew, and unavoidable costs for generators, lights etc. After the shoot is completed, funds go towards post-production and editing costs.
The Heartsong video marks the beginning of a process of creating a strong online presence for current and potential fans to follow.
