What?
A story of a boy & his kite that is short, sharp & definitely not sweet, Clarence’s Kite is a 2012 short film produced in South Australia by Thorny Devil Studios in association with the South Australian Film Corporation and funded by the Media Resource Center.
Our goals?
We plan to make 2012 the year of the Kite and you can be apart of that!
Early 2012 saw Clarences Kite get shortlisted into MOVIE EXTRA TROPFEST 2012 but falling short in the next round to making it into the 16 Finalists.
For the rest of the year we are wanting to submit Clarences Kite to a variety of other film festivals around Australia and the world, locations such as Berlin, Canada and Chicago just to name a few. By spreading Clarence around the world it would help show off the efforts of the South Australian Film Corporation and also give ourselves exposure to further ourselves in our chosen specialties.
Right now we're aiming for $500 to help cover Festival fees and any extra materials needed, for supporting us you'll be able to get your hands on Clarences Kite limited prints, autographed prints and even the original Clarence's Kite prop.

The Team
Clarence's Kite was conceived and developed by Thorny Devil Productions which is comprised of four digital Artists hailing from Adelaide Australia working under the Supervising Producer Shane McNeil of the MRC (http://www.mrc.org.au)
