To promote The Front as a new Australian Musical to a wider audience, we have recorded a concept album featuring ten songs from the show. In order that we can now have the CD fully mastered and distributed to potential investors and sponsors, we need to raise $7,000. The song that is featured in the promotional video is one of the first songs to be completed, Miracles. We hope it inspires you to support our cause.
The writer/composer is Lane Hinchcliffe. Lane, originally from Sydney, is now based in Adelaide. he has been joined in this project by Carina Gun, Kaylene Graham and Nick Buckland. Together, they intend to get The Front onto stages around the world in time to commemorate the centenary of The First World War.
Lane, Carina, Kaylene and Nick share a common desire to tell this powerful and moving story which follows the experiences of Australian diggers fighting on the Western Front and the incredible contribution that was made by young men and women from around the world who gave their lives to change the world.
Making this CD is an essential step, on the way to producing the show, to garner the interest of producers and financiers in the world of professional musical theatre.
