I thought I was the only one with complaints about my body, but as I started asking around, I realised, I wasn't on my own! 

And what was even more surprising, is that these were women that I thought would have loved their bodies!

It became clear to me that women are so critical of themselves, and it's time we loosened up! And the best way to do that, is to get nude! And that's what we did... I gathered 8 women, an exceptional photographer, and we spent a weekend swooning between forests, beaches, cow paddocks... shedding our clothes and our inhibitions and experiencing ourselves in a way we hadn't before... Proud. Free. Beautiful.

I created a calendar for everyone involved and 2 years on, that calendar is still on my wall - And it's time to create another...

The funds I am raising are to cover the costs of the photographer, designing the calendar, and printing 100 copies of the calendar. The women involved will be paying for the privilege, and their payment will be covering their weekend away, and their personal calendar. My point here is that the funds raised will be purely for the photographer and for printing of the calendars. I'd love to sell 1,000!, but 100 will truly be a gift, for everyone involved.

I see this having a lot of potential for empowering women and allowing everyone to start accepting and loving their bodies... We've only got one of them, so we may as well appreciate it, in whatever shape and size it is!
