Hello, my name is Eileen, and I’m at the final stages of launching a DIY Business Tool for Strategic Planning called EZI-STRATPLAN. 

My intuition kept niggling away that within the market place, the dry standard approach to strategic planning, which is often tedious and disengaging, with a hefty price tag of thousands of dollars, and so out of reach of the majority of businesses, needed a complete revamp. I wanted to take businesses, organisations or community groups on a visual and fun journey through what can often be a tedious process to one that captured peoples imaginations, was affordable, creative and comprehensive. An so, EZI-STRATPLAN ^{was born!}

The EZI-STRATPLAN  adopts a DIY process as if renovating or decorating a home, and applies identical challenges to a business renovation and decoration. With Step By Step Instructions, graphic worksheets and inspiring team tasks, the program is content rich and intuitive.

“I feel like I have created, baked and iced the cake”.

It’s been a long arduous journey, over the past 6 years from etchings on butchers paper, to this stage, with many ingredients, recipes and testings along the way, with all types of groups, from organisations, not for profit, community to small business.

I feel like I have created, baked and iced the cake! The tasters (my lovey customers) have added the flavourings along the way to create the final product (minus the packaging). The icing was receiving a Regional Heroes Award for my journey to date. Now all we need is to light those candles - the candles are the Packaging. All costs for the past 6 years, I’ve met. Now, I’m a bit out of puff and finances for the last stage.

The product, once packaging complete will have a price of $497.00

But - I need your help! With capital for the packaging.I have set a target of $5,000 – this will cover packaging costs. And if we are lucky enough to reach this goal, what I aim to do is to Pay It Forward. Each season, Start-Up Businesses will have the option of applying for coaching services for their business, were I will pull all my resources covering graphic design, advertising, marketing, copyrighting, packaging, on-line web, sales to support the Start Up Business. There will be an application process. The key criteria will be gaps of expertise within the business. Conway Alliance, my business coordinate Business Specialists, with expertise across various sectors within NE Victoria (www.conwayalliance.com.au).

A key goal will be to follow the journeys of these businesses that are chosen (Winter, Autumn, Summer and Spring) and so keep you in the loop, so you can see that your investment, by supporting EZI-STRATPLAN will support other businesses. The investment total will be $1,500 per season, which will include the EZI-STRATPLAN tool kit.

My vision is to have a very unique packaging,that supports the uniquely creative material that has been developed for EZI-STRATPLAN.

I would truly be in awe of the global community getting behind this product. My vision is that strategic planning is turned on its head, with a uniquely creative product priced at an affordable price, so accessible to all businesses, as opposed to just the minority; home, small business, not for profit and community groups.
