This is the first book in the Project Eden series. 'Body' will discuss the way we think and approach the food we eat, how it affects us and how by making a change we can spark a positive shift in the sustainability of the world. Meat causes more emissions than all modes of transport combined. Western culture now has more protein in it's diet than ever before. But there is a solution and it comes from nature. Plants, fruits and vegetables -  earths life force is what can help us. Diabetes, heart problems and stress (just to name a few) will be reduced by change in diet. Not only that, you can lose a bit of weight!

Education about health is a major passion of mine and I would love to help spread the word. All it takes is a shift of consciousnesses from a large group of people to kick start this change. 

I will use the money gained from the pledges to continue my research. I will be interviewing naturopaths, nutritionists, dietitians and GP's. As well, I want to get in correspondence with people around the world that have a vast knowledge in the field of environmental sustainability.
