The Town Musicians of Bremen is a children’s picture book illustrated by myself, Nicholas Wright and adapted from the German folk tale of the same name into An illustrated book for children on the iPad
It is the story of a donkey, a dog, a cat and a rooster. All past their prime years in life and usefulness on their farms they have been discarded by their owners, left in a nursing home to spend their final days. Dissatisfied with this they decide to set out on a new beginning. They set off for the city of Bremen with the dream of living without owners as musicians there. Written for children aged 3-8 it is entertaining for kids and is sure to delight adults as well.
The book is 90% written and illustrated but with I need a little help from you. The funds raised on Pozible will be used to create the eBook The Town Musicians of Bremen in English and will go towards the costs of an editor, designer and a few other things. The eBook will be available in March of 2013 for all tablet formats including; iPad, Android tablets, Kobo, and Barnes & Noble NOOK and will be available as a PDF, through iBooks and Amazon.
