Ferals- A Zombie Web Series, Giving Zombies Back Their Bite!

When did you last curl up on the couch to watch a horror story that makes your heart jump and pulls at your heartstrings- all at the same time?

Ferals is a zombie coming of age story. This web series explores the struggles of a family coming to terms with a pandemic that tears them apart.

In this radical take on the Zombie genre, we treat the condition as a terminal illness. People don’t die and reanimate, they get sick and deteriorate. Once a person is bitten it takes months for the infection to become full blown and in the mean time they have lucid days, bad days and everything in between.

Our web series tells the story of a family on holidays and the journey they make to get back home during the opening days of a pandemic. Dad, Mum, Tam (19) and Brie (6) abruptly end their holiday as sickness spreads and the world goes haywire.

Can you imagine caring for a friend, a mother, a sister, a lover- sheltering, protecting them one day, when the next day they'll attack you and you have to fight for your life?

It's time to re-invigorate the zombie genre. It's time to give zombies back their bite!

OR at least that's the plan- we need your help to make this series.

Who are we?

We are a couple of nerd girls who just happen to have a kick arse team of professional award winning crew.

Our team have done kick arse genre stuff before and it’s won people’s choice awards, national and international festivals.

Check it out at:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=znzFtOzgoS4

Betrand the Terrible was invited to join the 2012 FlickerKids National Tour (part of Flickerfest). With other Flickerfest favourites, it was selected for broadcast as part of Fresh Flicks on FMC, Movie Networks Channel. And won First Prize at Kidseye at FLICKERS: Rhode Island International Film Festival. How d’ya like that hot chocolate?! But we digress.

We know and love our genre. We know what we’re doing here.

We love what we do and we want to share it with you!
