The newly-formed Queensland Philharmonia is an independent symphony orchestra based in Brisbane, Queensland. The orchestra will be performing several concerts as part of its 2013 Concert Season and as such, we call upon your support to help us achieve our goal of bringing a new wave of orchestral music to Queensland.
The orchestra consists of over sixty-five professionally trained musicians, many of whom are past or present students of the Queensland Conservatorium of Music.
We represent musicians with a burning desire to create quality music.
Getting a full size symphony orchestra off the ground is no easy task, and with your generous help we can set in motion the dreams of over 65 musicians.
In our 2013 Concert Season, we aim to bring you a range of music through our four mainstage performances.
