It’s gonna be one HELL of a hard day’s work!

DERRICK’S FARM is about a lovable farmer; a simple minded, working‐class man with a heart of gold who’s struggling to find a balance between his farm (which he adores) and his shrew of a wife (who he loves but is completely overbearing). Then one night a portal to hell opens in his cow’s rear end! Like he didn't have enough to worry about. Fascinated by the discovery, and in fear of what his wife might do when she finds the talking‐cow‐ass‐portal‐to-hell, Derrick must figure out what the portal wants, what to do with it, and how on earth he’s going to find the time to actually crack open a well earned beer.

In the vein of THE EVIL DEAD II and TREMORS, this horror-comedy breathes new life into a classic genre, set right in the heart of the rugged Australian outback.

THE CREATIVE TEAM - Stefan and Aaron
With their short zombie film Perished (officially selected and award winning across a plethora of major film festivals worldwide) and Aaron’s Henry & Aaron films (with It’s A Snap reaching over 2.3 million hits on YouTube), the boys were propelled to visit the USA where they secured representation from Creative Artists Agency (arguably Hollywood’s leading talent agency, “There’s CAA and then there’s everyone else!”) and management from Brillstein and 3 Arts Entertainment. The boys now seek to take their careers to new heights by establishing themselves worldwide as a writer/director duo in the realms of horror and horror-comedy. Their first collaborative feature script is currently being shopped around LA.

THE PRODUCTION TEAM - Estelle and Dan
Dan is a Walkley Award winning photo journalist turned producer, with literally buckets of film and television experience. His producing credits include television series on both the Seven Network (Trapped and Castaway), and the ABC (Do or Die). Estelle is an international film publicist and an emerging producer. She is currently an Executive Producer on two US feature films - 

THE LIFEGUARD (dir. Liz W Garcia, starring Kristen Bell) which 
was recently selected from more than 12,000 submissions to compete in the prestigious 2013 Sundance Film Festival, and MISSING PIECES (dir. Kenton Bartlett, starring Mark Boone Jnr) which continues to win awards on 
the film festival circuit.
