The B Cider Co Project
This is the story of B1 and B2, but not the story you think, they are crazy for apples, not bananas. That is where the Laid Back Ranga comes in. He is social media's favourite apple farmer. Brought together through work and long term friendship, the trio have embarked on a project to produce a cider that is different to the norm.
Using apples grown on the Ranga's farm in Forest Range, B1 uses his superior wine making skills to craft the apples into a delicious cloudy brew. B2 is the brains behind the operation!
The B Cider Co project will deliver single batch ciders using tradition fermentation techniques. Barrel fermentation using wild yeast, lees stirring and no fining agents.
We believe The B Cider Co is bringing a new face to artisanal ciders in South Australia, and we want you to enjoy them with us.

How The Funds Will Be Used
The boys have chosen to work with Cult De Sac, a talented Sydney graphic artist to give the cider the right feel. Advanced funding will be used to set up a website, print promotional and marketing material and fund additional French oak barrels and equipment to expand production in batch number two.
All pledges will receive the rewards prior to Christmas 2013 unless otherwise stated.
