How The Funds Will Be Used
All the money collected from this crowd funding will go towards the production of UWATCH.
The Challenges
The initial idea was certainly a defining moment. Whilst the reality of the process was not as easy as expected.
We tried to design a smart watch to cover the majority’s needs and provide as many functionalities as possible. We built the demo for our initial conception but it was not favourable. As the world grows the target market was too wide for us to limit.
Extensive research was conducted to find customer needs and we have repositioned our product and reduced those unrelated functions and only placing focus on those important functions. We are continuously seeing for ways of improvement.
The competition for smart hardware is fierce as with the introduction of new products across the world. We face this situation in the near future. But we will face this challenge head on and use our strength of focusing on the user’s psychological health as our differentiating point.
