Nothing out of the ordinary ever happens to Will. Until now. When Will uncovers a mysterious digital clock, he is intrigued. Soon, his entire world is thrown into disarray as he discovers the clock is more sinister than it seems. As the clock counts down the minutes he has left to live, Will is pushed to the brink of insanity. Can Will destroy the clock and get his old life back, or is he simply out of time?
What would you do if you had 24 hours to live? This JMC Academy graduate short takes the audience on a journey, with a final twist guaranteed to leave viewers on the edge of their seats. Written by director, Peter Adamidis, the film explores the notion of inevitability and the fickleness of time.

PETER ADAMIDIS - Writer/Director
Peter is an aspiring filmmaker. With previous experience in editing and producing short films, documentaries and television commercials, this is his first time in the director’s seat. Peter always had a large interest in film and knew early on that he wanted to pursue a career in film and television.
NIC FENTON - Cinematographer
Nic is a Melbourne cinematographer who has shot a number of short films, music videos and documentaries. At an early age, Nic discovered his love for the art of filmmaking. Having worked with many of Melbourne’s finest cinematographers, Nic brings a professional level to the visual look of the film.
MILA SOLANGE REYNOSO - Producer
Mila is a budding producer/writer with a background in journalism and media. Graduating from her final year at JMC Academy, Mila is keen to implement all she has learnt. Mila has worked on a number of short films, music videos and TVC's and has experience in producing, directing and 1st assistant directing.

How The Funds Will Be Used
Filmmaking is pricey business and unfortunately we don't have all the resources needed to tell Will's story. That’s where you come in. In exchange for your generous donations and unwavering support, we are offering a range of super cool rewards as tokens of our eternal gratitude.
In order to bring STASIS to life we are self-funding and turning to Pozible to lend a helping hand. As Pozible only lets you keep the funds raised if the target is reached, we have set a goal of $2,200 of the overall $4000 needed to make the film.
The funds will be used for the following:
Equipment costs: There is an abundance of items we need in order to make this little masterpiece, including a Black Magic 4K and lense kit.
Production Design: Such an important aspect of any good visual story, particularly one as complex as STASIS.
Locations: Rental costs in order to secure the perfect set for our film and permit costs to ensure we aren’t breaking any laws!
Catering: We want to take very special care of our dedicated cast and crew who are volunteering their time for this project.
Film Festival Entry: We have faith in this project and we hope you do too!
