Alchemy Magazine is an independently run publication focusing on both male & female fashion and the creative industries.

With the successful completion of my second Pozible campaign I realised that relying heavily on my own personal funds just isn't going to keep the magazine afloat. This time around I aim to reach a wider audience and lock in more pre-orders to help my publication thrive. The positive response so far has been amazing and I am forever grateful for the support shown.

Issue 03 is all about breaking into newsagents nationally, the product is of high standard so it's time to get more physical stockists and reach a wider audience, all with your help naturally!

**UPDATE**

All financial support gained from this campaign will be going towards the production cost of printing Alchemy Magazine Issue 03.

I need to reach a minimum of 200 copies (or $4000) in order to get the unit price down to an affordable range so newsagents will accept Alchemy Mag in their stores. The last two Pozible campaigns have only covered half the production costs involved and I've paid for the remaining expenses from my own pocket. Due to the high standard of production and hours required to achieve it, I can no longer rely on my personal funds to cover the remaining printing costs (a mans gotta eat after all!).

Current production costs (majority covered by my personal funds):

* Printing - $16 per copy + $15 postage in AUS (postage cost added as each copy is sold)
* Shipping - $102 (bulk sent to my studio)
* Editorial backdrops/stands - $855
* Studio hire - $2500
* Total - $8,257 (not including postage as that is added as each issue is sold)

Other costs were generously covered by contributors which I'm extremely grateful for.

Everyone who pledges money will be rewarded in his or her own right, most importantly those who contribute $20 or more get a physical copy of Alchemy Magazine Issue 03 along with rewards mentioned under each category.

The major challenges for this project are all financially based. Having the ability to produce a third issue in higher volume will allow Alchemy to be physically placed in the newsagent market, a hurdle I have been trying to chip away at slowly.

This project will aid in gaining further reach that Issue 01 and 02 have already started.
