So after what feels like a 1000 gigs and hundreds of people asking me if i have a CD for sale I have decided to record an album with the lovely people at Damien Gerard http://www.damiengerard.net/ :) I know i have been talking about this for a long time but i am going to make it happen :)
After recording some demo songs with the guys in December just myself and an acoustic guitar which you can listen to at www.reverbnation.com/danielallars

I am going for a very laid back country blues album with very subtle backing instruments like drum, double bass, violin and banjo :)
All the art work will be designed and created by the wonderful Samantha Marlin www.artbysam.tumblr,com.

So while me and the studio do the dance of negotiation on price any help i can get from you guys would be fantastic :)
This album will probably cost me about $4000 in total with recording 3 days in the studio and 3 days mixing and mastering. Any help i can get from you guys would be fantastic $1000 will go a long way to help and i will have to spend less time on a cold street corner singing cold chisel songs :)
