Anna and Chrissie are a perfect example of one such match-up. Anna graduated AC Arts in 2011 and has already won 2 big awards for her theatre work in Adelaide, Chrissie's been acting around Adelaide for years, including with STCSA, Flying Penguin, Professional Collective and heaps of other companies - If you're a theatre-goer who doesn't recognise their names you'd probably remember their faces.
Some of you may have seen or heard about our production of 'Love Child' by Joanna
Murray-Smith, presented by 'Early Worx in theatre and art', at the Adelaide Fringe Festival
2012. We received rave reviews, sell out houses, and were awarded the
Advertiser & Critic's Circle 'Best In Fringe' award Wk 2.
We've been afforded an amazing opportunity to perform the show at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in August 2012. Anna Cheney, Chrissie Page and I will travel to Edinburgh to show the Scots the great theatre writing and performance we've got her in little old Adelaide.
The Edinburgh production will be at The Gilded Balloon - one of the Edinburgh Festival Fringe's 'big 4' premiere fringe venues - these invitations are incredibly rare for young or little known companies.

We'll need over $20,000 for all our travel and producton expenses in Edinburgh, and we're asking you to help out with $2,000 of this! We'll use your generous donations to help pay for everything from flights, to venue hire, publicity and getting our set in Edinburgh - we're not getting paid for the trip, so everything you pledge will go straight to the production.

If you've seen Love Child you'll know that there's an amazing (immitation)-Philipe Stark lamp in the show. The first person who thinks we're worth 300 bucks can have the lamp! (Conditional on a loan back to the company if we have more return seasons!)

Wow - you must think we're really cool! Thanks! We find it hard to believe you like us this much so we'll do a command performance of the show just for you - in your living room! The show's set in a lounge room and we're very gentle so we won't wreck your house! (Adelaide and surrounds only)
