This campaign is to fund the studio recording of an EP from the hit show ‘Candice McQueen: Nasty’ starring Spanky and Robert Tripolino. The show was universally acclaimed by audiences, reviewers and peers in the recently concluded 2012 Melbourne Cabaret Festival, with a Herald Sun reviewer uncharacteristically dropping an f-bomb on twitter, exclaiming “That was fucked up & brilliant & funny & beautiful.”
The EP will feature five songs from the show:
1. Revolver, made famous by Madonna2. Blood and Fire, made famous by The Indigo Girls
3. Ego Trip, made famous by Blackalicious
4. Whatever, made famous by T J Ball
5. Supernatural, made famous by Madonna
It will be a beautiful Christmas gift for a music aficionado, or a valued souvenir from the show for those lucky enough to see it.
