'Right Here Right Now' is a snapshot into the sharehouse of four young women. We follow our anti-hero 'Tess' as she navigates the complexities of the everyday, surrounded by her beautiful, opinionated, smartarse lady-mates!

SOME WORDS FROM THE FILM'S CO-CREATOR, SYLVIA:
Chelsie & I met at Primary School in Wellington, New Zealand:
After that we grew up, made new friends, studied, experimented, met men (some useless; some not) pursued our careers (in my case, writing and in Chelsie’s case, acting) but didn't have much to do with each other.
By total chance we are now living together in Melbourne, and have realised that despite taking very different paths we have become very similar women.
To celebrate the things that define us – humour, quirks, habits, tastes, ticks and hang-ups – we decided to make a short film about people like us (and our friends).
We want to get across what makes our generation distinctive: a combination of hope and dread, irreverence and anxiety, opportunity and limitation, confidence and posturing, secrets, lies, excruciating honesty and far too much time online.
Another thing Chelsie and I found common ground over is a well-honed ability to procrastinate. So to avoid doing that, we decided to make this film quickly in the hope of having fun and learning a thing or two about filmmaking!
Filming runs from July 29-31. Which means WE NEED TO RAISE FUNDS FAST!!!

Where will the money go?
All money raised will go towards covering our costs, including flights for two of our lovely cast members, gear hire and feeding the wonderful people who help out on set. Any money left over will go towards the costs of post production. NOBODY WILL BE PAID FOR THE MAKING OF THIS PRODUCTION.
