Kara and Elizabeth of Keopha, both busy mothers of two, running successful businesses and a social calendar, have designed and created this amazing and effective Health, Wellness and Mindfulness planner to inspire and help you live the life you want.

My MindFULL Year is a beautiful, high quality, colourful and functional planner designed to help motivate you to success. We have replaced all of those notebooks, recipe books, mindfulness colouring books, gratitude journals and packaged them into one effective life coach and bible that fits right in your bag.

Throughout our corporate careers we have always managed to be organized however always lacked that daily inspiration and could never take along our greatest memories to reflect on the good times. Its OK to be organized and carry on with our day to day lives, but how many of you can really say you are inspired every day, you get to reflect and smile at the wonderful memories you have created, you have reached your goals and intentions week in and week out as well as have quick healthy recipes at the tip of your hands to make sure you are living a happy and successful life?

And whilst we are living our dreams and passion to inspire you for a better life, there are many people that don’t get to. That’s why we are excited about partnering with The Orange Pigeon Foundation who grant wishes for terminally adults with their last wish. We are very honoured to make a difference in these people’s lives and will be donating a portion from each sale to bring a smile to as many sick people and their families as we possibly can.

Kara’s career has found her inspiring people to achieve what it is in life they want and Elizabeth proud mother of two who enjoys creating wonderful family memories.  So combined, brings a strong passion to make people happy, inspire you to create and carry wonderful memories, and be present in the moment.  This love and soul driven purpose has lead us to create this wonderful planner for you where Life's Goals become Life's Memories.

We struggled to find the right planner that was functional, or inspiring that ensured we got the job done. As women, we carry many notebooks, a diary, colouring books, and always looking for quick and easy recipes after a busy day so we designed our own.  We all live busy live's so we wanted to ensure we could make life as inspiring, happy, easy, stressfree with conscious thinking as possible.

The funds will go towards the production of My MindFULL Year to bring it to life and ensure we are able to supply these wonderful, effective and functional planners to you in time for 2017 to make it your best year yet.  We want to make sure its financially viable for everyone.......no more paying $70 for a diary that doesn't inspire you, doesn't have everything you need in it. With everyone's cost of living increasing we want to ensure we can bring to you an effective tool at a fabulous price point therefore this will allow us to do a bulk print run and ensure our prices are kept as low as possible for you.
