In a world that has gone through an apocalypse. There's only one survivor: A mime (performed by Rod Lara). A satirical take on technology and our future with the usage of physical comedy, clowning and (of course) mime. A solo show that will take you through an unforgettable experience.
Why a mime show? This particular genre has been basically fading away through the years and by simply placing a mime in a contemporary setting, the appeal will widen to a broader spectrum of new fans & appreciators. No language barriers and no age barriers!

hHow The Funds Will Be Used
The funds will be used primarily for production costs & venue hire in order to give the ultimate experience. Some of the specifics to create this include:
* Theatre hire (this piece can only be performed in a theatre venue to do it justice)
* Production technicians
* Sound engineer
* Venue staff
* Marketing
* Comedy Festival Fees

The Challenges
To do the show justice and create the world of the mime for an audience, it needs to be showcased in a true theatre venue. To hire one the costs can be quite high.
To create something special using the right production values (sound, lighting, staging).
Our plan is to be prepared & tackle all challenges with our production teams joint knowledge & experience.
We foresee no major problems outside of raising these initial funds.
