Hello Folks,
We are Nick, Luke, and Julien from Three Greens Brewing Co. Our mission is to bring quality craft beer to the hands of every thirsty Melburnian. We are now raising funds to launch our next beer.
If you don't know us, we are three humble homebrewers who decided to dream big.
In the last six months we have brought three craft beers to market for the price of a small car, where larger breweries plough millions of dollars in to facilities and marketing. We have had a great reception, sold out and rebrewed our products.
We are small, nimble and brew what we love.
Introducing our first three babies:
The Sunrise Ale is a fruity and refreshing extra pale ale (XPA) with toffee malts giving it enough body to keep things interesting.
The Red Eye is deep red, hop-forward and lightly spiced by the rye, this is a deeply satisfying IPA.
The Night Hawk is a hop-forward American double IPA, deep copper in colour and neatly spiced by the rye. It's so drinkable the 7.5% ABV will sneak right up on you, much like the stealth fighter it's named after.
We now need your help to create our next craft beer. Our initial funds have been used to create our core range and our sales cashflow is used to maintain and grow stock levels. This means that we don't have much free cash to brew something special.
We want to do a microbrew batch of 100L. It will be a Golden Ale and be just perfect for Summer.
It will be in the lineage of our existing brews but at a lower ABV, nicely hopped and refreshing.
We are launching it at our next festival, Brewer's Feast in Abbotsford on the 23rd and 24th of February.
Our pilot brews taste great, we are very excited about this brew and the Three Green lights are on!

Three Greens?
Why Three Greens? Is it because there's 3 of us? It's a good guess, but entirely coincidental.
It is actually a checklist item performed on an aircraft during final approach. When the landing gear is lowered, a check is made to see three green lights to ensure the two main gear and nose gear have locked into the lowered position. This means your aircraft is now good to land and get you home.
Made in Melbourne
We are currently contract brewing with the fine folk at Cavalier Brewing in Derrimut and Bonehead in Kensington. We develop our recipes using home-grown hops on our pilot setup at Three Greens HQ in Moonee Ponds.
Wherever possible we source products and services locally. Our T-Shirts are manufactured and printed in Melbourne, as are our can labels and slab cartons. All our design is done either in-house or by local designers.
