Hi we are CROSSROADS !!



This is a crowdfunding video to help us to full fill our dream. We are asking for YOUR help !!


Since we formed CROSSROADS we played all around the area from sweaty little shows to festivals like Palm Creek, The Cultural Fest and Mission Beach Evolve promoting our 3-track EP.




We are really proud of what we’ve achieved in such a short time playing alongside Sticky Fingers, Rusty Datsun, the Mothership Crew, Chocolate Strings, Combat Wombat and many many many other amazing artists.



Now we are aiming for an even bigger 2014 where we want to take our ALBUM on the road


and play to as many people as possible. We are currently recording AN ALBUM at The Rec Room and Luke Green Studio and to help us to full fill this dream we need YOU.




With this crowdfunding we want to cover the costs of the finishing touches of the album and merchandise.

So how it works.



For example you donate $25 and you are pre ordering the album and you will be the first one to get a signed copy delivered to your door.

We are all very dedicated and passionate about our music and personally I (Ilona) believe I was born to create music and rock’n’roll.





And just like water putting good intentions into this life force heals. Our music is our life force and we are putting it out there with the best intentions so all of us and all of you can get the healing out of it.

CROSSROADS is a Rock/Reggae/Roots band from North Queensland. It’s members are; Ilona Bienkiewicz (vocal&guitar), Col Faulkner (lead guitar), Edward Osae (bass), Dylan Howells (Drums).
A high energy Roots Reggae Rock sonic love explosion where a tidal wave of sonic bliss, body shaking rhythms and soul cleansing goodness leaves your mind expanded and every molecule of your soul screaming for more!!!
Ilona is a natural performer, totally comfortable on a stage of any size and an expert when it comes to working a crowd. She and her partners create not just a show but a high energy audio-visual experience. You will not stay still for Crossroads!
Like their name, the band’s musical style is where pumping hard rock meets an earthy roots intersection, where reggae cuts across the blues highway and it all collides in a powerful musical fusion with Ilona’s husky, soulful vocals up front in the driver’s seat!
The band has recently recorded a debut three song CD which showcases their musical diversity and has managed to capture their raw live intensity. An Album will be launched in February 2014.Crossroads have played at Mission Beach Evolve Festival, Cultural Fest (Townsville), the Venue (one of Townsville's largest locations for live music), Palm Creek and with NQ Roots Connection. Crossroads are gearing up for a big 2014 and plan to play to as many people as possible – including YOU so look out!!

Every cent raised by this crowdfunding will go into the CROSSROADS ALBUM, merchandise and whatever is needed to get us to the NEXT LEVEL!!
To record an Album in a professional studio is a very expensive process. It usually starts with $10.000. If you are lucky this will also include mixing and mastering. Then you also need to include the cost for printing the Album which is around $2000 for 500 CD's. We have included an epic poster inside the Album and that will cost more again. Then we need T-Shirts and Stickers and whatever your/our/"WE R 1" heart desires. You can easily loose a few grand if you go into the designing process of the entire artwork for the Album and merchandise. CROSSROADS is really blessed to have amazing people supporting us who are also even more amazing artists :)

We will make sure to keep you updated so we can all enjoy the ride together.

We believe in the POWER OF THE PEOPLE!!! You guys have helped us to get to where we are now. The entire CROSSROADS journey has been a blessed one supported by many many incredible people. All the footage of live shows and photo shoots have been taken by our amazing friends and we are so happy to have supporters like you.
