SUPPORTERS of Australia’s first 52 hour live improvised WESTERN! That’s right ladies and gents, roll on up and join the mayhem that is the Soapathon!

Soapathon is a comedy soap opera that goes continually for 52 hours straight. Many of the improvisers not sleeping the entire 52 hour show! Loves, losses and laughs are bound to be aplenty in this sleepless town.

Die NastyAU – Australia’s Live Improvised Soap Opera will be back for another 52 hour Soapathon Dec. 5, 6 & 7 – 2014. Be amazed, as many cast members attempt to go 52 hours without sleep whilst providing continuing story lines and memorable characters that you will love.

We are aiming to raise enough money through pozible to put on the best SOAPATHON EVER!! Pledge today to score one of our fantastic rewards and ya all will be grinnin’ like a weasel in a hen house.

How it began..


Katherine Weaver, tired of hearing Patti Stiles go on about the amazing Die Nasty soapathon in Canada, said “I want to do a Soapathon right here in Australia. I will produce it if you will direct and train us.” Patti squealed with glee and the first Australian DieNastyAU Soapathon was born in 2011! Since then we have broken the world record for the worlds longest Soapathon in 2013.

The money raised will assist in putting on the finishing touches to this year’s Soapathon. The money will pay for food, cleaning products, printing and distribution of publicity and an even more elaborate set. Our goal is $3000 but as you can guess the more the better, so we can provide our performers with better comfort, more nutritious food and publicise the show to more people.

This project will go ahead no matter what. We have the gumption to make it happen as we have done the previous three years. 

The challenges are working to a tight deadline and making sure that our performers are happy and healthy through this gruelling and exciting challenge.  The more funds we have the more flexibility it affords us to put the production on exactly how we envision it.
