A gorgeously designed, retro style recipe book, Crafternoon Tea is a joyful celebration of 3 years of delicious afternoon tea treats and crafty gatherings.

If you know Fossick Handmade then perhaps you know that we are famous for our Crafternoon Teas. For those who don’t know, a Crafternoon Tea is an afternoon of crafty fun and frivolity with other creative, craft loving lads and ladies. And of course, no Crafternoon is complete without the all-important, delicious homemade afternoon Tea.

After 3 years of sell out Crafternoon Tea events we thought it would be really fun to publish our very own Crafternoon Tea recipe book to share with our fellow craft and afternoon tea lovers. Not only will it be a fabulous collection of mouth watering recipes, the Crafternoon Tea Cookbook will also include crafty projects from our most popular Crafternoons and tips for you to host your very own Crafternoon Tea at home.


What is in the book?
The book will feature over 70 of the most delicious Afternoon Tea recipes, submitted from our makers, mentors and people who have been part of our creative journey over the past three years. And of course we will also include recipes for the home baked delights we’ve served during our own Crafternoon Teas. From Choice Cakes to Scrumptious Savouries to Perfect Pastries this will make a wonderful addition to your cookbook collection and be a continual source of inspiration and enjoyment. For those who aren’t just creative in the kitchen, the book will also feature fun crafty projects for you to complete at home, or even better with a group of friends at your own Crafternoon!

The book will be published just in time for Christmas and we think it would make a pretty fantastic gift for friends, family and colleagues, so make sure you take advantage of our great range of Rewards! Who is Fossick Handmade?

So how will your generous, wonderful, much needed funds be utilised? Well, publishing a cookbook requires a big chunk of upfront cash so 100% of our funding will be used to cover the cost of printing the first run of Crafternoon Tea Recipe Books.
Of course we want the book to look as sumptuous as the recipes within so $3300 will be coming out of our own pockets to cover the Graphic Design fee.

There is always the chance that we won't reach our funding goal and other sources of funding will need to be sought. However, we are quietly optimistic that with the support and enthusiasm of our Fabulous Fossick Followers we will have no trouble reaching out target.
