Our 5 piece band “Feel The Manouche” has been invited to the Havana International Jazz Festival in Cuba.
This is taking place in December 2015.
We are one of the first Australian bands to receive such an invitation. Our band has been performing for 4 yrs.
My two sons Arthur & Jerry are on board. The wonderful Clare O'Meara & Stan Valacos. We have performed at many festivals around Australia.
Antony Gullick, Managing Director at Cuban Cultural Travel, is our man on the ground in Cuba. He taught for 25yrs at Kirrawee High in Sydney and now runs cultural tours of Cuba.
He is the one who managed to secure us an invitation to the Havana Jazz Festival.
We are thrilled to be able to take part in this cultural exchange and be ambassador's for Australia.
Music being the international language we are looking forward to meeting musicians from the rich
Cuban heritage.

How The Funds Will Be Used
The reason we are running a possible campaign is to fund the 5 airfares to get us to Cuba.

Performance at your house
We will come to your house in Sydney and perform live. Signed CD, cigars and rum for a real party. we can do the performance at any time. But the CD will not be available until March 2016.
