HELP ‘LITLE FISH’ SWIM AT THE NATIONALS!
Greenbank’s Hazel Hogan is a keen swimmer.
Although she is only ten years of age, she has been training four mornings a week at Waterworx in Springfield for more than a year and has the cabinet full of medals to prove it.
Nicknamed ‘Little Fish’*, Hazel placed second statewide in the 100m butterfly in her age group. Of the three qualifiers, she is the only one from Logan City selected to represent Queensland at the National Swimming Championships in Adelaide in September 2013.
Can you help Hazel raise the money to cover her expenses? She needs at least$1200 to cover costs, but we have set a target of $2,000 to enable her to purchase essentials and to allow a parent to accompany her and the team.
