Delivery
1. Crowdfunding will last 30 days, and we will deliver the products 30 days after Crowdfunding
2. We use SF Express for customers in Mainland China and the postage will be covered.
3. Overseas customers need to pay extra postage (150 RMB each);
4. The delivery time is 3-4 days in Mainland China.
5. Overseas deliveries will take approximately 20 days, and will be extended upon customs clearance.

风险和挑战：
挑战1. 螺旋纹的结构实现
市面上大多数情趣用品，一般采取两种方式去设计外观。第一，粗俗的仿生式设计；第二，不考虑人体工学，为了设计而设计。我们在开始进行Owner的外观设计时，目标是要在既保证美观又要符合人体工学中取得平衡，力求达到实用、耐看、吸引用户愿意长期使用的效果。为此，我们的设计师团队先后出了六个风格迥异的设计方案，并且每个方案都制作了数十个产品原型。经过无数次的讨论和用户访谈，最终选定了这种业内从来没有采用过的竖向螺选线设计。
确定了设计方案后，由于螺旋纹是一种非常规的外观设计，我们与工厂讨论了3种开模方案，3种方案都同时进行了快速模的制作和工艺评估，遗憾的是，3种方案生产的样品均存在各种不同的问题，A方案最终无法拔模、B方案开模线无法打磨导致外观面效果较差，C方案外观面非常好但硅胶结构易变形。为此，我们最终调整了螺旋线的弧度，做了一点外观上的妥协。
挑战2. 防水
对于一个非封闭式的设计方案来讲，要达到很好的防水效果，对结构的设计能力是一个很大的考验，一般同类产品只能达到防溅水和可水洗的程度。我们在防水胶、接合面等许多方面做了很多努力，通过多次调整后，终于达到了最佳的效果——可以在水中浸泡长达数个小时而完全不影响正常使用。
挑战3. 射频信号
Owner通过蓝牙与手机进行无线连接，为了能使连接距离和连接稳定性都达到很高的水准，我们对蓝牙天线进行了反复的测试和调整，最终达到了30米的控制距离，以及极高的连接速度和连接稳定性。
挑战4.噪音控制
振动强度和噪音一定程度上是两个矛盾的选项，为了在很高的振动强度下将噪音控制在50分贝，我们对马达的定位和固定、缓存结构件的位置配合等都做了无数次的调整和测试，最终在这两个矛盾的选项中达到平衡。

The Challenges
Challenge 1: The Realization of Spiral Structure
Most adult toys on the market are designed in two ways—the designs are usually vulgar, bionic, and put no emphasis on ergonomics. We wanted the design to achieve a balance between aesthetics and ergonomics, so that Owner can be practical and attractive to users. To this end, our design team set up 6 different programs, and produced dozens of models for each program. After lots of discussions and user interviews, we finally chose the vertical spiral design that had never been used in this industry.
Since spiral structure is uncommon, we discussed with the factory and decided on 3 molding programs. We simultaneously produced samples according to the 3 programs and evaluated them. Unfortunately, there were different problems to each program. In Program A, the models couldn’t be drawn; in Program B, the cutting-wire couldn’t be polished, resulting in uneven surface; in Program C, the surface was good, but the silicone structure could be easily deformed. Finally, we adjusted the curvature of the spiral, making a compromise in the appearance.
Challenge 2: Waterproof
For a non-enclosed design project, good waterproof effect is a great challenge for structural design capabilities. Generally, similar products can only be water splash proof and washable. We paid lot of effort in searching for appropriate waterproof glue, joints, etc. After several adjustments, we achieved the best result: Owner can be soaked in water for several hours and remain its normal functionality.
Challenge 3: RF signal
Owner is wirelessly connected to the phone via Bluetooth. In order to improve the connection distance and stability, we repeatedly tested and adjusted the Bluetooth antenna. Ultimately, the control distance reaches 30 meters; the connection speed and stability is also greatly enhanced.

Vibration intensity and noise are contradictory to some extent. In order to control the noise under 50 dB while achieving very high vibration intensity, we adjusted and tested the position of the motor and the buffer structure, and ultimately found the solution.
