CRAWL is a pop-up
pavilion that incorporates
within its design, elements
that deliberately informs the
use of space as a means to
foster new relationships
between the human form and
it's enveloping space.
It is a space that directly fuels its immediate community as a hub that initiates and even demands human interaction in its use.
CRAWL is designed to pop up in random places (parks, roofs, backyards) as a space that stretches out to adopt a flexible form based on its context and contracts as it adopts a babushka-doll mechanism that allows individual parts to fit into itself.
CRAWL is designed to be crawled into with several seating options that allow for multiple use of space.

How The Funds Will Be Used
Funds will be used to fabricate the entire project in one day with the help of volunteers and carpentery enthusiasts. It will be used to procure all necessary materials for the successful completion of this project.

The Challenges
A major challenge is getting the entire project fabricated in one day, I hope to combat that by proposing compelling incentives to attract volunteers on the day of fabrication and providing all necessary materials on that day.
