The Switch - Alison St Ledger, Sallie Campbell and Dave McGuire - are fueled by a mutual passion for a beautiful melody, a haunting refrain and a well turned phrase and they have come up with a swath of original tunes at a rapid rate.

The Switch create a unique interplay between voice, guitar, mandolin and violin which falls somewhere between the worlds of blues, folk, blue grass, roots and country music.
The floods of 2011 inspired the very first original Switch composition. Since then the trio have written prolifically and have recorded 11 original songs for their long awaited debut album Cliffside Sessions.
The songs were recorded with the help of recording engineer Jon Cohen and some special guest appearances by The Necks' Lloyd Swanton and Dragon’s Pete Drummond on drums.
Right now, we just need a little extra help to get over that final hurdle to release the album. Guy Webster is mixing the album, bending his expert ear to make the songs really shine. Then there's pressing and printing and we'll finally have something tangible to share with y'all.

How The Funds Will Be Used
The funds will be used to cover the absolute minimum required for session musicians fees, mixing, mastering and pressing and printing 500 CD's of our debut album.
