Asking for help is one of the things that I have never ever been very good at. I much prefer to be the helper and not the helpee. But here we are. I never thought I would release an album under my own name - it's something I have always wanted to do but never had the courage - and not the time to focus on releasing my own work. There are so many things that have always come first. Especially my glorious kids and husband and the other artists and projects that I work in.
This album is beyond special to me. Even though as you many of you know - I have been a songwriter and artist for so long - I never really believed in what I could make myself mucking around on garage band at home and experimenting when the kids are asleep and eveything is quiet
It's been part of a very long journey in believing that I am worthy - hence the title. I am the luckiest person alive in that I have been able to live and breathe and create and be a part of our music community for so long - and my family is beyond special. So why do I want to put out an album at 47 years old?
It took a long time to believe that I am a songwriter and singer deep within my heart. These songs talk about the long journey and all the help I have had to become who I am. I have been public in the past few years about my history of stuff as many of you know. Music saved my life in so many ways when I never could find a voice to talk about that stuff.
This album for me - talks about stuff - in a way that I actually was able to see it, acknowledge and most importantly celebrate that the shit in life - is what makes you strong and powerful. It's dealing with all of that - for me - and being able to help others on their own journey's that has finally made me feel worthy. I am at the stage where I am mixing the last few songs and need some help. If you can help me get there - I will be so deeply grateful.

So funds raised here will be used to pay engineers. mastering and deisgners - most of whom have had a tough time due to COVID - so it's a double whammy.

Home grown and handmade hamper from our backyard farm!
As many of you know - we have an awesome backyard farm. You can choose a hamper of homemade products and produce from the farm. If you choose then I will give you a list of what I have made and you can choose. The $40 hamper includes 7 bottles of chutneys and sauces made from things I grow in my garden.
