Since moving hemispheres it’s taken time to become established here in Canberra, Australia, a town I love – family had to come first but now the dust has settled.
I have re-formed Liam McKahey and the Bodies with some of the best musicians I’ve ever worked with (Niall Howe, John Coates, Jenny Spear, Donovan Gall and Alex Ross) and have been busy writing and performing new material that we’re all really excited about.
We’ve spent some time in Broken Knee studio recording an album with the wonderful Bruce Callaway, who formerly played with The Saints.
Since my last album and the work I did with Cousteau, I keep getting asked by my fans when I’m going to release some new material. Well folks that time has come, but we need your help.

How The Funds Will Be Used
Myself, Niall, John, Jenny, Donovan and Alex are really excited about this album.
The next stage is to send it off to my friend Blair Jollands in London for producing, overdubbing and mixing, and that’s where you come in.
We’ve covered the initial costs but now need a cash injection to get the album finished and on the street.
We've asked for $7,000 which will cover mixing and production, but to get all the way through the rest of the project we'll need about $15,000. This will cover mastering, printing, pressing and music video etc... Any amount of money you wish to contribute to achieve this will be genuinely appreciated.
