We started Massive with the aim to become full time touring musicians. In 2014 we successfully smashed our first tour of Europe and UK and for the last 18 months we have been trying desperately to get back. For many different reasons we haven't been able to. The biggest reason though is because we are not there on the ground to take the short tours and 1 off festivals when they are offered to us. So at the start of this year we made a huge life decision. To pack up our stuff, move out of our homes and sell everything we could.
Because as of September 17th, Massive will be relocating to Europe.
We are putting it all on the line because it's all we have ever wanted to do. For the first 2 months we are touring non stop. From there we will pitch for tours anywhere in Europe and if need be we will base ourselves in Berlin and play every night we can through the winter months always ready to jump in our van for a show anywhere.
This is a huge leap of faith by all of us but we think it will be the best thing for our career. It will cost us a small fortune to get started and while we have all been saving, we are appealing to the Massive faithful to help us with this. We're throwing in some stuff you wont be able to get anywhere else.
So to our friends on the other side of the world, if you want us there, we need your help to get there, and to our friends in Oz, here's your chance to get rid of us.
How The Funds Will Be Used
We are expecting this will cost us $40/50K to get it all going.
Flights and visas x4: $4500
Reliable Tour Van: $8000
Petrol on tour: $3000
Tolls/Parking $500
Accomodation on tour: $4000
PR campaign: $5000
Music Gear: $4000
Per Diems/Food allowance on tour $10 a day each: $2500
Insurance: $500
If and when we are not touring and have gaps in between
Rent when not on tour: $300 per week
Food when not on tour: $150 per week
The Challenges
This whole experience will be a challenge. For most of our time we will be living out of a van and 1 star motels, playing 7 nights a week. So many things could go wrong at any time, from van breaking down to not selling enough merch to be able to afford to go on. Our strength though is being able to survive when it gets tough. We are the band that have lived on very little for years.

My first guitar
