New England High Country - Seasons
This is a project to publish a new book of local photography titled New England High Country - Seasons which will replace my New England High Country – Contrast and Colour book which has sold out. This will be a book of my photography showcasing our seasons and associated activities.
This is a non-profit project. The New England Conservatorium of Music (NECOM) will derive income through the wholesaling of the book to local book sellers - see Note (1) below.
Funds raised by this campaign will only pay for the cost of printing.
This project follows on from my successful crowdfunding and publishing of New England High Country - Contrast and Colour in 2014 and New England High Country - 40 Photographers in 2018, These projects raised money for the Armidale Civic Centre Project and for NERAM respectively. I have also published University of New England - Images with Altitude.

My previous books have proved very popular as gifts for both visitors and for people living outside of the region. Many of these books have travelled across Australia and around the world to countries such as Great Britain, Germany, Croatia, Romania, Canada, New Guinea, Iran, UK, USA, Japan and China.
The book, which will complement the currently available New England High Country - 40 Photographers book, will be launched, along with an exhibition, at the Armidale Art Gallery on Saturday 9 May, 2020.
Photos in the book will be selected from the images that can be seen here ...
Thinking about gifts for people? This book will make a great farewell, birthday or Christmas present or maybe just a trip down memory lane for friends and family who live away from Armidale. If not a book then how about giving a gift of private tuition in photography?
Please email me if you would like further information.
Kind Regards,
Terry Cooke
Note (1) $16,000 over approximately 4 years if 1000 books are printed.
