Dear Reader,

I am braving the new world of self-publishing.

So far, the expenses to re-launch my first three Tudors novels (Dear Heart, How Like You This?, The Light in the Labyrinth and Falling Pomegranate Seeds: The Duty of Daughters) under my own imprint, Poesy Quill, have proven more expensive than I expected.

I hope to have my fourth Tudor novel, Falling Pomegranate Seeds: All Manner of Things, available for purchase online by January 15th 2021. I am struggling, however, to fund all of the costs involved in publishing a novel.

So —  I am setting up this campaign, hoping you may be able to help me complete my book series.

About the Story

Falling Pomegranate Seeds: All Manner of Things is my fourth Tudor novel, and concludes my Katherine of Aragon story. It is the longest novel I have ever written - and I am very excited about the prospect of seeing it step out into the published world.

The beauty of fiction, I find, is its innate ability to lead a reader into another time and place. Why, you could curl up with a cup of tea and be halfway around the world in mere minutes! This is the case with All Manner of Things, which reimagines the 1500s, and the age of Katherine of Aragon.

NOVEL SYNOPSIS

Winter, 1539: María de Salinas is dying. Too ill to travel, she writes a letter to her daughter Katherine, the young duchess of Suffolk. A letter telling of her life: a life intertwined with her friend and cousin Catalina of Aragon, the youngest child of Isabel of Castile. It is a letter to help her daughter understand the choices she has made in her life, beginning from the time she keeps her vow to Catalina to share her life of exile in England.

Friendship, betrayal, hatred, forgiveness – All Manner of Things tells a story of how love wins out in the end.

Rewards

I will deeply appreciate any contribution you can make towards helping me complete my book series.

You can help me achieve my goal by donating as little as $1, knowing that you have my sincerest gratitude. Or, you can review the rewards I have set for this campaign, such as the personalised pre-order copies of All Manner of Things, which will be sent by the end of December.

Please Note: Because these personalised pre-ordered books are helping pay a little towards the novel's publication costs, they will be a little more expensive than the final price for the published, unpersonalised editions. Postage costs have also been included in price of all pre-orders, as well.
