The EX-O: A Television Drama Series
We all have a soundtrack.
We are extraordinary, in our ordinary way...
This is no ordinary TV Show. The EX-O is a unique and exciting TV series, and we would love for you to be a part of something extraordinary.
The EX-O is a drama about three best friends and their addiction to the sharing of music. Set in Sydney, the show explores what it's like to live and love in this city. It delves into how our past relationships influence our present and future relationships. The key difference to this show is that it follows the belief that every individual has a soundtrack.
We are making this show for YOU. Our audience. You, the lover’s and listeners of your soundtrack everyday, the believers in life's mysteries, the watchers of life unfolding, the connected ones who know how relationships help shape the person you are today and tomorrow...
We believe that The EX-O is unlike anything that is out there at the moment.
And some pretty 'big players' agree. We have been lucky enough to have a number of highly respected industry people read the script and all are truly excited. Not just enrolled, they all want to be with us on the journey. Behind us we have an army of incredibly talented people who will be working tirelessly to make this happen.
We have big plans. We cannot do this without you.

Synopsis - Episode One - 'Angie: Side One, Track One'
Angie’s two best friends, THOM, (a budding actor, who sees himself as Angie’s protector) and SOPHIA, (a wealthy house wife and Angie’s voice of reason) are supportive of Angie getting back in the scene. But Angie’s decision to date PASCAL, a charming Frenchman & father of a young boy, is met with disapproval. However, she proceeds with her romantic plans, promising Sophia and Thom that she won’t sleep with Pascal on their first date.
Thom has a one night stand and the next morning decides that enough is enough, throwing out his ex, BRYCE, an underwear model who has been sleeping on his couch. Meanwhile, Sophia’s marriage to RYAN, a successful banker, begins to show signs of stress, despite it’s happy exterior. Is it really as perfect as she wants to believe?
Angie, with her passion for any modern playlist, goes on a dizzying first date with Pascal. The pre-1974 vinyl-record loving Sophia, meets an intriguing man at her favourite record store, and agrees to go for a drink. And Thom, with a passion for any music with a beat, receives a phone call which could change his career and his life, forever.
Could Pascal be the new love of Angie’s life? What is to unfold between Sophia and the man from the record store? And will Thom say yes to his new career direction despite it taking him away from his best friends?
