The company is seeking a 1st round of $750.000 gradually in Equity (Share) Capital financing to complete the launch of the business. The first goal is $25,000 US Dollar.

Total start-up expense (including Inventory, Distribution Budget, Commission and Miscellaneous and Unforeseen Costs) comes to $750,000. Startup Inventory assets required 400,000 Distribution Budget is $50,000 and $80,000 in initial cash to handle the first few months of Miscellaneous and Unforeseen Costs.
