The Fitkat band is splash proof so you don’t have to worry about rain or sweat from an intense training session. It’s not water proof so don’t submerge it.

2) How long does the battery last?
The rechargeable battery keeps the Fitkat band going for 14-16 days.

3) What happens if the Fitkat band is not connected to my phone?
It will continue to function as a watch and fitness tracker.

4) What is the warranty on the Fitkat band?
Fitkat Inc, provides ONE year warranty for defects in materials and workmanship under normal conditions.

5) What is the smart Coach function?
The smart coach features bring together fitness freaks that live a healthy life and allow them to share their training methods on our platform. You can then choose who to work with, download their fitness program and start training.

6) What is the guardian function?
The Fitkat App allows you to select up to 5 guardians who could be your friends or family. This feature allows your guardians to track your daily progress in real time so they can motivate and push you to reach defined goals, or save you in case of an emergency.
