I am a entrepeneur who has been in the mobileapps field for a while already, but never succeeded when it comes to funding. My first startup regarding the "mobile world" was about an app which had to do with promotions, depending on where you were standing it would point out deals nearby , basically. Unfortunately i had negative associates , who had trained their staff (programmers) in order to face mobile for my startup , which was emerging those days(mobileappsbusiness). Anyway , when they saw the demand this mobileapp world was suggesting for their developers business they "let go" my initiative which was already poorly taken care of , in a very unprofessional way. However ... I can go on telling you about bad experiences who had a funding root problem or i can spare the time for both of us and get to my actual point , compromising my idea , with nowhere else to go to hehe.
As said on campaign overview , We are looking at a mobile application which is used to rate(and tip, if chosen) employees and provide valid,indifferent information to who requests it (Employer,employees,client).
This Application can help the Employer, the employee and the costumer , Why?
Employer : Indifferent feedback regarding his/her employees , effective way to monitor performance.
Employee: .Gets feedback that helps him/her get more out of his present or future job .There would be also a tipping system integrated .
Client : Can be positive or negative , but , as shown on tripadvisor , costumers are generally eager to leave their opinion , or maybe also dont have cash to tip.
There is no one single application out there that does what ratework does.

If the startup takes flight and reaches a revenue generating point ill invest all the money it makes on itself and to help the needy , i think thats the whole point of my existence.
