Hey there! My name is Brooke Tamepo and I am a New Zealand ice figure skater.
My figure skating journey began way back in 2004 where I took my first lesson - learning how to properly fall over on the ice and more importantly how to get back up. Through many years of blood sweat tears and falls I have finally made it to the international level!

In June this year I attended a competition in Sydney, Australia. It was at this competition that I became New Zealand's highest ranked Junior Ladies Ice Figure Skater. Earning this position meant that I was given the opportunity to attend my first ever Junior Grand Prix Competition in Croatia.
In order for me to grow and develop as a figure skater I need to go up against some of the best skaters in the world. Competing with countries who produce some of the world's best figure skaters would be an unforgettable experience that I will hugely benefit from.
Unfortunately this incredible opportunity that I have been offered comes with a heavy cost. My parents have been amazingly supportive towards me and have forever been funding my passion, however I can only ask so much from them.
Here is where I am asking you, yes you, to help me out!
Any donation, big or small, will make such a huge difference to me and can help me take my first big leap into the international competitive world of figure skating.
Going to this competition would take me one step closer to one of my biggest goals - representing New Zealand at the World Championships.
As my goal of $1000 is not going to cover all of my expenses for my trip to Croatia, it will greatly contribute to the following
Flights from Auckland New Zealand to Zagreb Croatia
Flights from Zagreb Croatia to Auckland New Zealand
Coaching costs (including coaches flights, lessons and general competition fees)
Entry fee of the competition
Accomodation
