Our Goal: We aim to do a one off order for UNSW Baseball jackets for students and societies at the University of New South Wales.
Our Motivation: We have always wanted one and think it is about time we can all get one!
Target: We have set the price at $8,000 to ensure we cover the manufacturer minimum of 100 jackets as well as shipping.
The Team: Maki, Sean and Steve are all UNSW graduate students. Sean has been involved in a startup in the past which successfully raised $3m dollars from private investors. He has business acumen for judging what will succeed and what will not. Maki has experience in several industries from multinational entity to start-ups. Currently perusing a masters degree in accounting. Steve has a degree in commerce with triple majors, was previously an account manager at Thomson Reuters and is currently studying a Diploma of Innovation Management at the University of New South Wales. He is also a co-founder of three start-ups.
Updates and Special Requests: We will be keeping everyone posted for updates and are happy to take requests for specific order sizes or requirements just shoot us a message!

Why we are Crowdfunding: As these are high quality jackets (cotton and synthetic leather) they would cost hundreds to make in Australia so we would like to produce them abroad. To meet the manufacturer 100 piece minimum we are taking orders from multiple societies and individuals at the same time so we can all get a cheaper price.

Delivery: There will be nominated 'pick up days' where we will set up a stall near the quad where you can pick them up. At this stage it will be midway through semester 2, 2013 (August). If you need us to mail it to you directly please contact us so we can arrange it for you - an additional fee will apply depending on location.
