'Microstories' are a collection of funny, poignant & surreal moments in the lives of a group of residents in an apartment building.
Using a quirky mix of live action footage and animation we'll meet Murray a lifelong UFO enthusiast, Pop Forsyth who gets a surprise while talking to his pot plants, Tina who has a chilling dilemma while watching the nightly news, Nathan who has a spiritual experience while listening to a neighbour, and Ted who like all of us wonders if he's let the best things in life pass him by...
This will be the pilot episode in what we aim to make into an ongoing series of 3-5 minute TV interstitials which will be pitched to both local and international broadcasters.
We have managed to get a fantastic cast and crew together for this project and have a huge amount of combined talent, experience and enthusiasm to pour into this production.
By supporting this project your hard earned money will go into paying for camera, sound and lighting equipment, location fees, art department and post production costs.
You will also be supporting the arts of community of Australia and a bold attempt to get some original local content up onto the small screen!
