What's our Passion?

Hi everyone, we have invented the first bra you can put on with one hand and take off with just two fingers.  I know it sounds impossible, doesn't it! 

We use today's technology to design & make beautiful adaptive clothing.

We challenge the status quo! 

It all started with our fantastic bra.

We are looking to place an order with our offshore manufacturer in china for 1,000 bras.  This order will be for our new second design - the Erin Collection.  

100% of the funds raised go to the manufacture of this new design.  That's right, 100%. 

We are waiting for the first design to come from China in the next few months.  This will be called the Jamie Collection.

Why did we invent a better bra?

My youngest daughter Jamie-Lee was diagnosed with a brain tumour when she was just nine years of age.  During surgery to remove this tumour, she suffered a deep brain Stroke, which left her with very little use of the left side of her body; especially her left arm & hand.

When Jamie was 15, I realised that she couldn't put on a bra by herself.  With her desire to independently dress, I searched for something that she could put on. There was nothing available on the market that was functional and pretty.  Nothing!
So I went to work on a bra that could be put on with just one hand.  After many years of experimenting, I have invented a functioning bra that you can put on with one hand AND is beautiful.  I also realised over this period that my 92-year-old mother in law was unable to put on her bra, due to a frozen shoulder from an unfortunate fall and subsequent permanent shoulder injury.  There's a real need for this product!

How does it work?

The number of women that struggle to dress (easily and with dignity) when you start to speak to them is incredible.  It seems like women don't like to share this issue until you bring it up.  We have talked to so many women that we understand the need is more significant than you may think.  The lack of inclusive design in lingerie/underwear is astounding!  I didn't realise this until looking into what is available globally - nothing.

I am passionate about improving women's lives internationally because we deserve better.  I have also invented a bra you can put on and remove with two fingers, which is in the prototype stage.  We have big inclusive design dreams!

But for right now we need your help to place an order for another 1,000 bras (minimum order number), which will be our Erin Collection.

We want to change the world for women who struggle to dress every day with dignity.  Why is it OK that we let this happen?  It's not.  

We have a BIG DREAM; hence, we would love your support of bringing this new bra design to the market.  

With your support, we can make dressing every day with an inclusive bra the simplest thing you, your family and friends will have to do.  Who has time to wait for others to help you get dressed?  I know that in the nursing homes, some women wear the same bra day in and day out for a week, or longer.  Causing awful pressure sores, poor hygiene; pain and embarrassment........because they know if they take it off they won't be able to get it back on by themselves.  Sad but true.

If you have an elderly mother or disabled friend who needs help because her hands are dysfunctional, her shoulders don't work as well anymore, or for whatever reason, this product will help them!

Where will your support $ be spent!

100% will go to manufacture for 1000 bras in the Erin Collection.

We have an offshore manufacturer however the smallest order of 1000 costs in excess of $24,000 Australian dollars dependent on the exchange rate at the time.  With your support, we will be able to place the order for the second design while we wait for the first to be delivered.  Should we have any additional funds left after this order we will choose someone who has contributed to WIN a bra from this collection.  If we exceed our funding request we will choose more than one to win a bra. 

We are self-funded to date and have trademarks registered in multiple countries.  We have spent everything on this product to make it a success.  

The RRP for these products is in the $100 AUD price range.  This is due to the unique fabrics we have picked to ensure that this is a high-end product that is soft on the skin and comfortable. Utilizing the technologies available today this product is unique, clever and simple to use.
