MY STORY...

My heARTful HEALING project is an opportunity to share with you all some of the creations that moved through me and onto paper as a part of my healing.  

The boost of currency from the exchange for my artwork (after costs are covered) will aid beautifully in funding the next necessary steps for my bodies healing.

Throughout the past 7 years I have experienced a deep dive into the darkest depths of chronic pain, deep joint ache & restrictions, 2 "frozen shoulders", chronic fatigue and depression.  With the many blood and xray tests only showing 1 helpful lead thus far.

I'ts been a challenging balance as a single person living alone to honor the deep need for REST for the body, mind and soul necessary for healing, whilst at the same time earning money to pay bills and cover my basic needs.  

The sales from my heARTful HEALING Project will create a surplus of produce that I can kickstart my market sales with in order to more easily support myself!

REST HEALS...

    Lying on the carpet staring at the ceiling watching the sunmade mandala move across my loungeroom roof and across me.

GOOD NEWS...

I am excited to say that I feel like I've journeyed through the worst, as I feel my body and vitality responsing to my rest with some ease in pain and a shift in my movement ability...YAY!  The next step is to get some medical help, giving my body the best possible chance of functioning at it's optimum, so I can return to being of more service in this world and CREATING more Art! 

THE CREATIVE HEALING JOURNEY...

During this 7 year experience I have gotten more deeply in touch with my creativity.  

I birthed My Creative Meditations Practice through my deep need to be still and reconnect with my true self for reflection and healing.  

With the use of that practice I started a Mandala a Day Practice for the month of May to call in more health and wellbeing.  As well as started receiving clearer visions relating to the current theme I'm investigating - Interconnectedness.

Which are creations for healing and thriving for our whole planet and everything that resides on it.

MY MANDALA PRACTICE...

The Mandala is the feature point of my products as it is a universal symbol of healing.  

I created these with a deep presence and intuitive connection to my higher self to call in health and wellbeing for all.

The creations came through with a message of deep luv and acceptance of all that we are in our imperfect perfection.  

Due to that, these pieces insisted on remaining intuitive organic shapes and patterns, which eminate an acceptance of transience and imperfection.  I found out afterwards (during my research of what came through) that perfect imperfection is a design aesthetic for healing that stems from Taoism and Zen Buddhism.  Awesome!

A BIT ABOUT MANDALAS SUPER POWERS...

Mandala’s are sacred pieces of artwork which are used to evoke healing, spiritual development and meditation.

The word Mandala means ‘sacred circle’ and is derived from the word ‘mandra’ which means ‘container of essence’.

This ‘container of essence’ is said to represent wholeness, health, connection, unity, harmony and the cycle of life.

Meditating upon the center of the Mandala is believed to help you enter into the rich symbolism of the artwork and decode the messages that you need to take away from the Mandala.

It's important to note that everything I produce is created with as much harmony & respect for our magically life giving mother (Planet Earth) and with the lightest foorprint that I can muster at the time.  All papers are 100% recycled and unbleached or treated, and printed using small Melbourne based environmental companies.

The $800 pledge will basically cover the costs of  50 sets of eco printed Mandala Cards, some Fine Art prints and postage.

This will of course leave me with some stock to sell at markets and art stores, enabling me to ease my way slowly back into more permenant work.

Anything raised above $800 will go directily towards my medical plan:-

1.  Shoulder Physio Specialist - For some much needed rehab

2.  Natural Medicines for Gut healing, joint lubrication and pain reduction

3. Homeopathic Allergy Tests

TO BREAK IT DOWN...

Approximately $2000 will pay my costs for products and leave me with $1,200 which will cover approx:-

♥ 4 physio visits with the shoulder specialist.

♥ It will enable me to purchase my first round of medicines that help with inflamation, pain reduction, healing of joints and bones, and boost vitality so I can keep on keeping on.

♥ And will pay for a Homeopathic Biocompatibility test that can rule out anything I may be responding to with dis-ease.

IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFO...

The current estimated delivery for items is December.  However it's important to note that as I am unable to get any printing done until I have received cleared funds from Pozible (around 2nd week of Dec), and it is a manic time for printing and postage, I unfortunately cannot guarantee them arriving before Christmas. 

I will however have everything set up and ready to go, and do my absolute BEST.
