In December 2016 we launched the Hopsters Co-operative Brewery project (www.hopsters.coop), an ambitious plan to establish the first member owned and run co-operative brewery in Australia, to be located in Sydney, NSW.  Thanks to the generous support of over 450 current members the co-op has been a great success to date.

With a focus on craft beer education, we have run several “learn to brew” classes, we have held home brew competitions for member's beer and, having judged and sampled the winning beers, we have been developing a very tasty range of recipes for our core range that are ready to brew.

We set up our first brewing system and commenced contract brewing for kegs to sell to local venues. The co-op is  working toward setting up our own tap room in Enmore, NSW.  There are plans to raise additional funds to fit out the   taproom and microbrewery.

In November 2018 our first beer in cans was our Founder's Pale Ale and it sold out super quick!!

Now, here is our second release in cans - our IPA.  This cracking beer was so popular in kegs we could not keep up with the demand for it.

Big pine & citrus hops with a pleasant lingering bitterness balanced by a mild malt body. This classic IPA was created by, and voted in by  Founding Hopsters members.  You don't want to miss this limited release of this batch of our fantastic IPA.

The funds from the campaign will be used to pre-fund production of Hopsters Co-op IPA in cans, and ensure that we can get the beer delivered to you, fresh.  Costs associated with getting our beer into cans includes packaging materials, brewing ingredients and production costs.

Orders will be fulfilled on a first in, first serve basis.  If the campaign batch is over subscribed and we cannot fulfil your order no charge will be levied.
