UPDATE  ****  Thank you everyone for your generous support of Nobu, he is so appreciative of everyones pre-purchases and donations we have surpassed the target we set and this is enough to see Nobu through this tough time and encourage him to get better ASAP and cooking his gyoza for us all again!  As a result we would like to take the campaign down but we are unable to until the end of the month (technicality), so instead of making any futher pledges now, please support Nobu when he is back up and running at the markets!  Once again thank you wonderful people! xxxx

Nobu aka Gyoza Guy had a shocking accident whilst working.  He tripped while carrying a big pot of boiling water and it has burnt his face, neck and arms.  

This lovely man has had treatment by specialists but will be unable to work again at the Canberra markets till March.  His business is his livelihood.

He has roughly 140 serves of Gyoza in storage ready to go,  so let’s support him by purchasing this stock and or pre-purchasing some Gyoza so that his accident isn’t too much of a set back for him!

This will mean so much to him.

Nobu is really appreciative of everyone’s support through this time particularly appreciative of the Rotary Club, Capital Regional Farmers Market at Epic and Southside Farmers Market and all the store holders and customers, friends and family that have supported him.

We’d really like to see this campaign reach $3000 as this will mean Nobu can pay his bills, any extra will cover medical costs if we are lucky enough to raise more!
