My name is Megan Sidwell and I'm a singer-songwriter originally from New Zealand but I've been based in Melbourne now for the past 3 years. My music is a blend of Pop/Rock and Country and I'm heading to Nashville, USA at the end of September to record my next album with musician, songwriter and producer Sam Hawksley. 

Like any career, mine has come with many highs and lows, but along the way I have realized that all of the tiny wins have been because of your support! Through listening, sharing or buying my music, coming to shows or just showing your support on social media - all of these, no matter how big or small, have helped. With your pledge, *no matter how big or small*, you can help with this next adventure. 

I believe that art is supposed to bring people together. I believe it is created so we as listeners have a way to express and understand how we feel. I want to give my music the opportunity to do this and if it's also something you believe in, this Pozible campaign is the place for you to help make that happen.

Creating and producing music as an independant artist comes with a lot  of costs. There's studio and gear hire, producers, sound engineers,  session musicians, mixing and mastering, travel costs and accomodation,  and that's before the final product is even ready to be released.  Marketing, PR, music videos, graphic design alongside getting physical  copies made, are also part of the release process.

Realistically costs are going to far exceed the pledge goal, but every dollar will help!
