Hello!
We're Hello Tut Tut! Welcome to our NEW ALBUM fundraising campaign! :)
We're a 7 piece instrumental dance band from Melbourne who play, tour and record an eclectic mix of original Klezmer, Balkan, Middle Eastern and Latin inspired music. The last three years has seen us build and develop from playing small markets and house shows to entertaining large audiences at many of Australia's most renowned festivals such as Illawarra Folk Festival, Falls Festival, Rainbow Serpent, Tablelands Folk Festival, Bello Winter Fest and many more.
We are about to hit the road again for a Spring Tour starting in Canberra, visiting many well loved places along the way and will conclude in Melbourne with the launch of our first single of the new album.
SPRING TOUR SEPTEMBER 2019
Canberra, Katoomba, Newcastle, Brisbane, Wallaby Creek Festival, Sydney, Melbourne)
Meet the faces behind Melbourne’s Eastern European party band.
It is because of you, our dear friends, fans and family, that we have been able to pursue our love and enthusiasm for this project and is the reason why we are here now, asking for your financial contribution to take things to the next level!
We're super excited to have started recording our second full length album
and we need your help to make it happen!
So let's cut to the chase...
The new album
Our follow-up record is a set of collectively composed pieces exploring the many flavours of Eastern European music, bringing in a distinctive global sound inspired by Melbourne's vibrant music scene.
Come have a peek into the creative process behind our new single Bay of Kotor.
From the initial idea to the rehearsal room, from the stage to the studio.
- The music will be produced by Grammy Nominated Producer and Engineer Nick Herrera (Hiatus Kaiyote, 30/70, Galata Express, Danika Smith), who's ability to compliment musical nuances has had the world turning its head towards Australian artists. It will be mastered by Adam Dempsey of Delux Mastering.
- The artwork will be created by the multi-award winning photographer Pippa Samaya, who’s ability to capture movement and emotion through still images is an inspiring fit. (refer to the cover shot above).
- The video clip for the feature single will be filmed by Sydney based visual artist and cinematographer Bryden Williams, who filmed our Samba Tanz video clip.
- The associated promotional video material surrounding the campaign is currently being filmed by Melbourne based film maker and musician Jose Pincheira D'amato.
We are proud to be an independant band and feel blessed to be able to create our own music and sharing it with you all. To produce and release a new album there are a lot of costs involved. If you would like to hear our music on this new album, consider preordering it on CD, Vinyl or as Digital Album and please share it with anyone who might be interested to support us!
Thank you all so much for your love and support!
