Low Risk for Pozible Backers

We’re a team with a relentless focus on execution and customer centricity. The original PauseMe for Zoom we bootstrapped with our own funds, and when we listed it on ProductHunt were featured and rose to top 10 (number 7) on launch day.  We're a team that knows how to power through obstacles, knows what we don’t know, and is hyper organized and hyper focused on delivering customer value.

This is our first indiegogo/indemand campaign, but we’re not new to product launches or go-to-market. Our team has experience in product delivery, marketing, sales, professional service, finance, and more. The only currently foreseeable risk to our delivery timeline is production time in our manufacturing warehouse, but we've accounted for this with some buffer in out timeline.

The risk to project delivery itself is very low to low- we’re leveraging the product manufacturing, & delivery, fulfillment processes, infrastructure, and relationship foundation we invested in for the original PauseMe for Zoom-all of which were thoroughly tested and resulted in the production of our first product.

Oh by the way, who are we? Serial entrepreneurs who worked at startups in New York, the Miami area, etc  who had back to back calls who thought-- seriously there has to be a way to not be tethered to my computer and still control my audio AND video easily. We experienced every single scenario in our messaging, heard other people feeling the same pains, and just wanted to make workdays better. Our product came 100% from personal experience, and we use them every day. 

We also saw over and over the importance of employee wellness as a tool to increase employee engagement and retention. We thought this would be a beautiful simple way to help employees stay engaged but also give them the room to stretch, get water, and do normal things. And-- we found a lot of them work with more focus and better output and gratitude for the little "pause" they got from using this device.

In order, here's our game plan (and for what it's worth we're ahead of schedule already) 

• Confirm finalized product requirements(Late June)  <-- full transparency our team got excited and we're at the 90% mark here already) - COMPLETED AHEAD OF SCHEDULE 
• Update box design for MS Teams (Late June) - COMPLETED AHEAD OF SCHEDULE 
• Finish MS Teams compatibility + Manufacturing test batch  (Late July/Early Aug) - COMPLETED AHEAD OF SCHEDULE
• Quality Assurance + Beta Testing for test batch  (Mid Aug) - COMPLETED 
• Revisions to Design/Update + Updated Product Insert with Info (Mid Sept)-COMPLETED AHEAD OF SCHEDULE
• Full batch production (Late Oct) - COMPLETED AHEAD OF SCHEDULE
• Buffer Zone [ we're well versed in product launches and GTM- we'd rather underpromise and over deliver to each of you-- we've built in a month or so buffer zone, just in case anything happens, here's where we'd work through it.] ( Nov) - DIDN'T USE OUR BUFFER, AHEAD OF SCHEDULE
• Shipment to fulfillment and distribution center (End of Nov) - FIRST BATCH COMPLETED AHEAD OF SCHEDULE
• PauseMe for MS Teams in Customers Hands (Early Dec for US, Mid/Late Dec for Int'l) 
• We've got some other stuff going on in the background, for example we filed a patent, filing another, refining our messaging, looking for strategic alliance partners, etc. But that's all icing on the cake so we won't bore you with those details for now. 

We'll use these funds to help with run the batch manufacturing run (i.e. inventory) and distribution.
